Executive Director Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Emmanuel Osuji is the Executive Director Sales and Marketing of steady credit and investment limited.
He is a graduate of federal polytechnic Nekede, He has HND in marketing. He started his career with insurance company in 2007 (UBA METROPOLITAN) Where he was trained as a financial planner; because of his desire to build a career in the banking sector, in 2008, he joined FINBANK; now FCMB and was posted to the marketing department.
His career took him to fidelity bank in 2011 where he continued with the marketing department.
In 2013, Mr. Emmanuel Osuji took over the management of KEVICO SERVICES LTD; a micro lending and investment company as the managing Director in which he served for 3 years and 7months period. Based on his management skills and abilities, the company was able to grow considerably.
In 2016, Mr. Emmanuel Osuji joined Virtue-One Global investment limited, where he was assigned the Head of business development unit of Virtue Microfinance Bank Limited, a subsidiary of Virtue One Global Investment Limited.
Mr. Emmanuel Osuji has always nurtured that dream of progressive mind and as a result of his dreams, in February,2019 he resigned his position with Virtue Microfinance Bank limited to set the foundation for Steady credit and investment limited. Mr. Emmanuel Osuji is resourceful, diligent and a goal getter.
Mr. Emmanuel Osuji is a Christian and he is married with children.
Executive Director Operations and Business Transformation
Austin Nwangwu is the Executive Director Operations and Business Transformation of Steady Credit & Investment Limited.
He holds B.sc in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and an MBA in Business Administration degrees from University of Calabar.
He has attended various senior management courses/training programmes both in Nigeria and overseas, on risk management, human capital development and liability generation.
He is an associate member Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).
Mr. Austin Nwangwu has over 25years banking experience across various banks; he has previously worked with the followings; Trust Bank of Africa Limited, Manny Bank plc, and lastly, Fidelity bank plc.
During his stay with the financial sectors, He held various responsive positions in foreign exchange operations and Branch banking operations with fidelity bank.
He has managed the following fidelity bank branches in Lagos; Enuowa, Idumota, Idumagbo, Okearin & Balogun branches.
His character is reputable and he is married with children.

Mr. Patrick Omoighe is from Edo State Nigeria.
His qualifications include; B.SC in Agricultural Economics Second Class Upper from University of Ibadan (1988), MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from University of Benin (1995), MBF (Masters in Banking & Finance) from Bayero University Kano (2004), FCA (Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria) (2015), FCIT (Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria) (2014), ACMA (Associate Cost & Management Accountant) (2008), Fellow of the Institute of credit administration (FICA) (2014).
He has worked in an audit firm Binder Balogun Badejo & Co before moving to Irabor Evbhodaghe as an auditor from where he joined the banking industry. (Spent a total of 6 years in Audit & Consulting firm).
During his sojourn in the audit firm he rose from an audit trainee to become a principal audit manager where he handled various accounting, auditing and Taxation responsibilities for various companies ranging from finance houses, consultancy firms, oil & gas, construction companies as well as manufacturing companies.
He worked at Safe Trust Savings + Loans, Standard Trust Bank (STB) & United Bank for Africa (UBA) starting as a control officer rising to become an area control manager, group head control, area operations manager, regional controller then seconded to UBA Metropolitan Life Insurance a subsidiary as head of Audit & Control as well as the Chief Internal Auditor and then Regional Audit & Control manager for East & Southern African Countries covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique & Zambia.
As the company accountant and head of Operations at Safe Trust Savings and Loans, they were able to move the company balance sheet from N100 million to over N500 million in 2 years.
Being a pioneering staff of Standard Trust Bank he held various positions and was very much involved in the successful merger between UBA and Standard Trust Bank in 2005/2006 before he was nominated as a pioneering staff as well as the head of Audit and Compliance for UBA Metropolitan Life Insurance for two years where they exceeded the set target of being among the top 3 life Insurance companies in Nigeria
As a startup strategist, he was the pioneering Audit and Control Manager for East and Southern African Countries, here they were able to set up and run successfully 3 branches in Kenya, 9 branches in Uganda, 4 branches in Tanzania, 3 branches in Zambia as well as 3 branches in Mozambique which was over and above the set target for four year
Having achieved so much in East and Southern Africa, he was thereafter nominated to head the Internal Control directorate for UBA Africa Anglophone a position he held till March 2017 when he was appointed Executive Director UBA Pensions in charge of Operations and Information Technology having spent a total of 22 years in the banking industry.
At UBA Pensions he was instrumental to the transformation of the entire system of IT and operations from the use of Custody Plus a non-flexible stand-alone software for the custody business to a more robust and dynamic software called Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV). The very 1st in the entire pension custody sector.
Microsoft NAV is a flexible, web based, robust and scalable software which enables an organization integrate all the departmental operations into one.
NAV also allows the remote treatment of all customers’ transactions through the internet or web portal thereby eliminating any physical interaction.
Currently Patrick Omoighe is the Lead Consultant for Steady Credit and Investment Limited. A company he co-founded in 2020 with a set of friends and Associates who were also former bankers and Business Men.
Steady Credit and Investment limited is into personal loans, SME loans, Corporate Loans, Thrift Savings and Deposit Investment.
He is married with four children (2 set of twins).
Principal Consultant.
Mrs. Janet Nnabuko is one of the principal consultants of Steady Credit and Investment Limited. She has over 27 years banking experience with 18 years in retail banking and marketing.
She started her banking career with the then Continental Merchant Bank where she served as a corper and thereafter was retained as a permanent staff. She subsequently attended a good number of banking trainings upon which she received certifications especially on marketing, operations, capital market and treasury.
At Continental Merchant Bank, she worked in the Audit and Treasury department for 9 yearsbefore she joined New World Merchant Bank where she headed marketing department. She was in New World Merchant Bank for 5 years before she joined former Manny Bank where she headed Business Development and Global Marketing.
Upon consolidation, Fidelity Bank acquired Manny Bank to form enlarged Fidelity Bank. At enlarged Fidelity, Mrs. Janet headed Savings group. Under this responsibility, she came up with a number of innovative ideas that led to the growth of the bank’s savings portfolio. Among such ideas were the development of the DSA scheme, FPSS & SWEETA loyalty scheme, annual savings promos, etc.
She holds B.Sc. in Economics from Edo state university, MBA Finance from same, and PGD in Banking and Finance from OAU. She attended various strategic leadership and customer-focused offshore courses in Wharton and Kellogg. Janet also attended well over 30 strategic banking courses locally in the course of her career.
She retired in January 2020 after 19 year’s meritorious service in Fidelity Bank Plc as Assistant General Manager.
She is married with children.
Company Lawyer.
Mr. Ehianata Roberts-Omoighe is the Company Lawyer. He is a graduate of University of Benin. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.
He worked in Office of Public Defender Ministry of Justice Anambra State where he handled both Civil and Criminal matters on behalf of the State.
In the course of his practice, he has dealt with a wide range of litigation matters at all levels of Court He has also been involved in non-contentions corporate legal work including incorporation of Companies, Debt Restructuring, Preparation of Commercial Agreements and Leases, Public and Private Issues, Oil & Gas, Property and Trademarks, real estate and Administration of Estate matters.
